Poetic Pearls LLC & Onyx Xpression (PPOX) is a creative writing youth company based in St. Louis, Missouri. PPOX emphasizes the use of creative writing and public speaking to allow every child to have positive and unapologetic expressions of who they are now and who they will become.
It is our vision to start strong with exciting learning discussions and activities learning about poetry, public speaking, and etiquette. Our poetry sessions focus on understanding and defining our own voice, diction, imagery, symbolism, rhythm, poem types and body language.

Community Awareness Writing
Pearls on the Go!
Learning how to involve our scholars in the community is essential. Pearls on the Go! allows the scholars to write outside of the session to evoke sensory elements to their writing, and learning to speak in different environments.
Volunteering
"There can be no keener revelation of a society's soul than the way in which it treats it's children."-Nelson Mandela. I want to add to this, and say the way we treat all people. All scholars within Poetic Pearls will learn how to give back to our community, to make the world a better place.
